Job Summary
Clinical Specialist responsible for territory management of TEG customers in Tokyo, delivering clinical education and training to users, providing onsite support during go-live and ongoing use, and driving product adoption and revenue growth. Develop relationships with clinicians and key decision makers, conduct didactic education and grand rounds presentations, tailor training materials, and coordinate with Account Manager and cross-functional teams during installation, validation, and SOP/IQCP processes. Maintain CRM records, support diverse clinical settings (lab, critical care, OR), and expand TEG usage across accounts through technical and clinical guidance, events, and market development activities. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required; Bachelor’s degree is required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (required)
- Master of Arts or Science or Business Administration (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in complex medical devices and/or critical care environment
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train customers on products and use cases
- Experience with CRM tools and account management
