Clinical Specialist France

Escalate clinical questions and issues from doctors, proactively address inquiries, complaints, and adverse events for France and EMEA, and provide clinical customer support regarding treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization. Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to create clinical content, e-learnings, and training modules, while introducing product portfolio foundations and escalating training needs. Manage customer and internal inquiries through internal platforms to ensure timely follow-up and excellent service delivery. This role supports the France/EMEA team in validating marketing programs from a clinical perspective and requires native French and fluent English skills.
