Job Summary
Field-based Clinical Specialist providing clinical, technical and product knowledge support for Neuroscience/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery; builds and maintains customer relationships and provides customer training at all levels; conducts on-site installations, software/hardware upgrades, and preventative maintenance; delivers telephone clinical support; educates physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures; travels within the territory to multiple accounts, requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel; uses UNIX/Linux commands to modify operating files; supports software/service contracts; serves as primary customer liaison for repair and technical support issues; participates in training programs and customer education events; collaborates with NRCs, Spinal Sales, NS Reps, and internal teams to identify prospective users and improve service delivery; adheres to quality systems and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
