Job Summary
Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies within Medtronic's CST portfolio (Neuroscience) is a field-based role in Miami, FL focused on clinical, technical and product knowledge support for navigation, robotics, imaging, and planning tools. The role involves on-site installations and training of physicians and hospital staff, collaboration with NRCs and Surgical Synergy teams, system maintenance and software/hardware upgrades, providing telephone clinical support, and educating end users on technology-enabled procedures. Requires travel within the territory, a valid driver’s license, UNIX/Linux command familiarity, and adherence to Quality System and BCS requirements. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience; certification in RT and/or MRI is a plus. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is available at Principal level and above, and the role may require overnight travel within the district. For benefits and compensation, the role offers a base salary range of $60,800 – $91,200 with potential incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate’s Degree with minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- RT and/or MRI certification (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
- Prior experience with MRI Operating room experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel overnight within own district or neighboring districts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/sit for long durations
