Job Summary
Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and guide surgeons during procedures using navigation technologies. Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for intra-operative guidance and assist with case coverage at targeted accounts. Actively sell clinical benefits to increase product utilization volume while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams. Obtain and track purchase orders for instruments consumed during procedures. Ensure accurate complaint reporting per quality system requirements. Handle instruments potentially contaminated by bodily fluids in compliance with OSHA regulations. This field-based role involves 50% travel and may require off-hours, weekends, or holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 6+ years clinical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Must be available for possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to travel 50%
- Must be able to work field-based (majority to 100% of time at customer facilities)
- Must be able to obtain COVID-19 vaccination as an essential function
