Job Summary
Field-based Clinical Specialist providing clinical, technical and product knowledge support for Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery; builds and maintains customer relationships, trains physicians and hospital staff, supports on-site installations and software/hardware upgrades, and provides ongoing technical support across the territory with travel to multiple accounts; role requires valid driver’s license and residence within the territory, with travel outside the territory as needed. Proficiency with UNIX/LINUX commands, experience in image-guided systems and MRI/RT certifications are a plus; minimum education and experience requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant clinical/medical imaging or sales experience, or an Associate’s degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years. Must comply with Quality System and BCs requirements and operate in a field-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Nice to Have RT and/or MRI certification
