Job Summary
Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies provides clinical, technical and product knowledge support for Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery products. Builds and maintains customer relationships, trains physicians and hospital staff, supports on-site installations and software/hardware upgrades, and serves as primary liaison for repair and technical support. Field-based role requiring travel within the territory (Jonesboro, AR and surrounding accounts), driving to multiple sites, and maintaining system hardware/software to maximize performance. Includes education and training across OR, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical and IT teams, and ongoing contribution to customer reports, service improvements, and new product adoption. Proficient with UNIX/LINUX commands and able to work within Quality System and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
- Nice to Have RT and/or MRI certification
- Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
- Prior experience with MRI
- Operating room experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
