Job Summary
Conduct CRM Field Technical Training, perform post-sign-off device system checks and interrogations, and support implant procedures for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. Provide on-call technical support on evenings and weekends, manage consignment and trunk inventory, and maintain software on programmers throughout the district. Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and new Clinical Specialists on product solutions, while partnering with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs, obtain purchase orders, and provide competitive landscape feedback. Complete all assigned training in a timely manner and perform other related duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive 80% of the time within the assigned territory, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree
- minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
- minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
- minimum 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
- valid driver's license
- active vehicle insurance policy
- unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Must be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory
- Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
- Minimum travel of 10%
- CS's are required to work a number of weekends and holidays during the quarter
- CS's are required to be within their assigned territory each day
- CS's are required to be available as unscheduled needs arise
- Frequent 2- handed lifting of up to 40 lbs. from floor to chair/table and from one to another surface at approximately the same level
- Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day
- Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods of time while in the O.R.
- Ability to effectively use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard and mouse
- Frequent bending/stooping, squatting and balance
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in relation to travel and operating a personal computer
- Ability to be independently mobile
- Ability to interact with a computer
- Ability to communicate with peers and co-workers
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
