Job Summary
Perform system checks, interrogations, and troubleshooting for Cardiac Rhythm Management devices while supporting implants and maintaining programmer software. Coordinate operational logistics, manage inventory, and educate physicians and field partners on CRM therapies and solutions. Identify customer opportunities, support purchase orders, and provide feedback to sales leadership to meet CRM objectives. Travel extensively by independent vehicle, approximately 80% of the time, to clinics and hospitals within the Houston territory. Maintain technical expertise on new products and patient management offerings while adhering to physical demands including lifting up to 40 lbs and working in clinical environments with radiation exposure.

- Bachelor's Degree
- minimum 6 years of work experience
- minimum 4 years of work experience
- minimum 2 years of work experience
- work experience in healthcare

- work experience utilizing mechanical concepts

- valid driver's license
- active auto insurance
- driving record that meets company standards
- reside within the assigned area
- available to support urgent customer needs
- participate in weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage
- Able to lift 20 pounds
- Ability to travel extensively by car and plane
- Must have valid driver's license for state of residency and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work in Cath Labs and or O.R. with radiation exposure
- Ability to conduct company business outside of the typical Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, work schedule

- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
