Job Summary
Provide primary clinical support to sales representatives by developing new sales opportunities with physician and hospital partners. Deliver technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of implantable medical devices. Maintain relationships at assigned clinical sites through ongoing education, training on procedural techniques, and case coverage including operating room and procedural support. Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting, programming, and post-implant patient follow-up to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Visit customers in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate product and market information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
- 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices
- Operating room experience
