Job Summary
Clinical Specialist for Orthopedics providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals in surgical and procedural environments. Responsibilities include intraoperative procedural support and training of surgeons and OR staff, product education, procedural guidance, inventory management, case logistics, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and education teams to drive procedural adoption and customer education across CA and OR. Requires deep knowledge of implant systems and instrumentation, ability to train through labs and hands-on sessions, and travel to support field activities nationwide. Position emphasizes relationship-building with physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams, with a focus on ensuring patient care and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science-related field, business, marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience supporting surgical products, procedural training, or clinical field support
- Strong experience supporting cases in hospital operating room environments
- Solid clinical, scientific, and business acumen
- Familiarity with hospital value analysis and purchasing processes
