Job Summary
Clinical Specialist responsible for providing primary clinical support to sales in developing opportunities with physician and hospital partners. Delivers technical demonstrations, patient care, installation and maintenance of implantable medical devices, and post-implant follow-up. Education and training for physicians and staff on device use; performs case coverage in operating rooms and clinical settings; collaborates with sales, marketing, and R&D to relay product and clinical information; serves as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting and programming; builds strong relationships with hospital personnel and travels to various clinical environments including hospitals, ORs, clinics, and surgical centers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in a clinical/hospital environment with implantable medical devices and OR experience. Based in Hempstead, NY (US).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment
- 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices
- Operating room experience
