Job Summary
Clinical Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management provides technical, educational, operational and sales support to help meet CRM sales and customer service objectives. Responsibilities include CRM field technical training, post-sign-off checks/interrogations of CRM devices, implant support, on-call coverage including evenings and weekends, and contributing to inventory and firmware software maintenance. The role educates physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products and solutions, partners with Sales Reps to understand market dynamics, assists with obtaining customer POs, and travels within the assigned territory to customer clinics and sites. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel (including weekend/holiday coverage) are required; the position is remote in nature but within a defined territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
- Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
- Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
