Job Summary
Provide clinical support during procedures and establish relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to support company product lines. Educate customers through in-servicing training, literature, and videos approved by the company while maintaining knowledge of SBU product lines, clinical procedures, and business ethics. Support the annual business plan to help the sales team meet projected sales goals and complete expense reports, call reports, and other administrative documentation. Maintain frequent communication with the Regional Manager and other support functions while adhering to safety requirements and company quality standards. International and domestic travel is required up to 70%.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must have effective oral and written communications throughout various levels of the global organization
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
- Must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle on a regular basis
- Must be a holder of a valid driver's license
- Must be in good standing to legally operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in a clinical environment
