Serve as a trusted advisor to federal healthcare clients, translating requirements into effective technology solutions while supporting application design, testing, and validation. Build productive relationships with stakeholders, present project updates, and facilitate change management efforts. Collaborate with team leads and technical experts to maintain delivery consistency, provide mentorship to junior consultants, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
