Job Summary
BD is seeking a Clinical Solutions Consultant to provide sales consultation, workflow analysis, and clinical input for BD’s Medication & Supply Management Solutions. You will identify inefficiencies, develop future-state business cases, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product R&D, Implementation & Support, and Training to drive customer success. Responsibilities include conducting current-state assessments, redesigning workflows with proposed BD solutions, delivering compelling presentations and business-writing deliverables, and mentoring internal staff. The role requires deep knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, medication management, dispensing cabinets, infusion devices, and supply chain processes, with a focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization. Travel up to 75% is expected; on-site collaboration is emphasized, with remote-work arrangements to be indicated per posting. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and active Pharmacist licensure are required, along with 5-10 years of acute-care hospital experience and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
