Job Summary
Facilitate solutions design, optimization, and delivery of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products by serving as a clinical resource for customers. Assess workflows, evaluate education needs, and create plans to support clinical solutions implementation and usage. Manage clinical aspects of implementation including troubleshooting technical issues, delivering equipment and application education, and optimizing complex monitoring solutions. Approximately 90% travel across western upstate NY, PA, and OH is required with overnight stays and air/train/bus travel as needed. This field role requires a Registered Nurse with 4+ years of ICU or critical care experience and knowledge of Philips IntelliVue equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Must be able to provide verification for current/active license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours (based on business needs)
- Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment
- Must be able to comply with vendor credentialing
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Buffalo, Rochester, NY, and Harrisburg, PA
- US work authorization
- No sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
Desired Qualifications
- Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience
- Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) settings
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications
- Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+)
- Passion for technology and education related to patient care
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
