Job Summary
Assess, plan, and facilitate options and services to meet the unique and complex bio-psychosocial needs of clients with Down Syndrome at the Albert Pujols Wellness Center. Plan and implement the INSPIRE programs for both clients and parents while addressing available resources across the continuum of care. Maximize the quality of life for each patient and enhance community health through direct social work services. Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an accredited MSW required.
Required Qualifications
- MSW in social work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
