Job Summary
Provide clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical, and environmental difficulties. Perform psychosocial and risk assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Participate in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans while collaborating with the healthcare team and community agencies. This e/o weekend evening position requires an LCSW in Massachusetts and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- Strong clinical skills and experience with various therapeutic modalities
- LCSW in the state of MA
- e/o Sat/Sun, 8-hour day shifts 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Desired Qualifications
- Previous medical/hospital social work experience
- Spanish language skills
- LICSW in the state of MA
