Job Summary
Clinical Social Worker for Boston Children’s Hospital’s Social Work Emergency Services. Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical and environmental difficulties; develop and implement interventions and treatment plans; participate in discharge and outpatient service planning; collaborate with the healthcare team and community agencies to arrange needed services; weekend/evening schedule (e/o Sat/Sun, 8-hour day shifts 8:00AM – 4:30PM); MA licensure as LCSW required (LICSW preferred); Spanish language skills are a plus; benefits package and sign-on bonus noted.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work
- LCSW in MA required, LICSW MA preferred
