Job Summary
Design and facilitate professional development for school professionals across Boston and nationwide, co-facilitating live online and in-person workshops on social-emotional and behavioral health topics. Develop supporting resources and materials to supplement training while receiving coaching to enhance workshop delivery. Collaborate actively as a member of the Training and Access Project team to build capacity within school communities. This role focuses on prevention and professional development rather than direct clinical services to students. The position offers a 40-hour schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and includes benefits such as flexible scheduling, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- LICSW in MA
- Several years of previous social work experience in the field of school-based behavior health
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating professional development, teaching, presenting, and/or co-facilitating trainings for K–12 audiences
- Strong writing, facilitation, and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment and communicate effectively with others to solve problems and achieve goals related to numerous projects
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years social work experience in the field of school-based behavior health
- Working in diverse, urban school settings
- Experience and/or interest in a macro role in developing training across formats including in-person and online/virtual
- A multi-language capacity
