Job Summary
Conduct bio-psychosocial and clinical diagnostic assessments for patients. Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services to children within public schools, including family counseling to support patient adjustment. Engage in crisis intervention and refer patients to community resources when necessary. Collaborate with medical providers to develop treatment programs and participate in clinical team meetings. Maintain clinical skills to help patients overcome dependencies and make life changes. Requires NYS LCSW license, bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, and 1-2 years counseling experience. Full-time onsite Monday to Friday shift in Corona, Queens.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from Accredited Institution
- NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- 1-2 years of experience providing counseling
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to identify high-risk psychosocial factors in patients and families that impact health status
- Onsite, Corona, Queens, Monday to Friday shift
