Job Summary
Conduct facility surveys for long-term care residents, accrediting and certifying sites while managing the survey process with independent decision-making. Lead internal and external customers nationwide in a technically exciting environment, requiring open conflict resolution and priority management. Maintain current LCSW licensure and travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis. This role supports a Quality Improvement Consulting Company with a Master's degree in Social Work and CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification.
Required Qualifications
- CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training
- SMQT certification
- Master's degree in Social Work
- successfully completed CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
- at least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities
- current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
