Job Summary
Licensed clinical social workers (LICSW) in Massachusetts needed for Thriveworks' hybrid care model in Lexington, MA. Role includes 25+ sessions per week, telehealth and face-to-face sessions, W2 employment with guaranteed bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, PTO, insurance options, 401k with match, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for resident supervisory roles. Clinicians may see couples/children with organizational support, have autonomy within a team, and may pursue clinical leadership or supervisory paths. Active LICSW in MA required; must reside and be licensed in state where services are provided; compensation up to $124,300 based on licensure level and caseload; ramp stipend available for clinicians offering 30+ hours/week. Provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support; diverse clinical community with ongoing professional development and internal promotion pathways.

- Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
- Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
- Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
