Job Summary
Licensed clinicians in MA provide compassionate, evidence-based care to 175k+ clients nationwide via telehealth and in-person sessions. The role emphasizes independently licensed LICSWs, 30 hours of weekly availability across at least 25 sessions, and a behavioral health generalist approach including couples and children. Candidates should be comfortable with modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR), contribute to a clinical community, and support clients toward measurable progress. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician in Massachusetts (LICSW)
- Independently licensed
- Minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Behavioral health generalist open to treating variety of clients including couples and children
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
- W2 employment with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO
- Ability to build full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Full-time availability seven days a week 7am-10pm ET
