Job Summary
Licensed clinical social worker role providing telehealth and in-person care to clients in Indiana. Independent LCSWs position clients and collaborates within Thriveworks’ clinical community, treating a range of clients (including couples and children) with evidence-based methods, while leveraging telehealth and EHR tools. Flexible scheduling with a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and seven days a week availability from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Supports include credentialing, billing, scheduling, marketing, orientation and training, with benefits such as guaranteed pay for completed sessions, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states. The compensation is up to 100,300 USD based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities; full-time clinicians are eligible for benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana
- Independently licensed in Indiana
- Availability for minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work full-time
- Ability to work in a behavioral health setting
- Ability to meet measurable progress goals
