Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in CA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Berkeley, CA. Eligible for a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours/week. Role supports independent practice with autonomy within a team, and opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory roles. We’re hiring professionals who can see 25+ sessions per week and are open to working with couples/children with our support. Compensation up to $115,400 basis licensure level and session volume, with benefits including paid orientation, insurance options, 401k match, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for internal promotion. This is a W2 role with a hybrid work arrangement and a strong clinical community in a nationwide hybrid care model.
