Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions. Hybrid care model with flexible scheduling, including seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability. Behavioral health generalist role open to treating couples and children, with focus on measurable client progress and proficiency with telehealth and EHR tools. Full-time W2 role offering benefits (health insurance, 401(k), PTO, student loan repayment assistance) and a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of weekly availability. Administrative support provided (credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing) to enable clinicians to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states.
