Clinical Social Worker, Emergency Psych Services, evenings

Provide clinical social work services to assist patients and families with personal, family, medical, and environmental difficulties. Perform psychosocial and risk assessments, assign diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Participate in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans while collaborating with the healthcare team and community agencies. Work 4/10-hour shifts from 1pm to 11:30pm. This role supports Boston Children's Hospital Emergency Psych Services, responding to social needs throughout inpatient services.
