Job Summary
Lead a team of behavioral health professionals in providing direct clinical services within the Freedom 14 bed Inpatient Geriatric DPU program. Deliver evidence-based, person-centered treatment for patients with mental health conditions while partnering with individuals and families to support recovery. Manage a licensed social work team, ensuring all staff maintain active state licenses and adhere to strict safety protocols including mandatory PPE, masks, and social distancing. Requires a Master's in Social Work and one year of behavioral health experience, with previous management duties essential. This role supports Beacham Memorial Hospital's commitment to quality care in Magnolia, MS.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work from an accredited school of social work
- Licensed through the State by the Regulatory Body
- One-year experience performing duties as a Social Worker in a Behavioral Health setting
- Previous experience in a management position
Desired Qualifications
- LCSW or LPC license (considered if Master's in Social Work is held)
