Job Summary
Lead staff trainings, onboarding, and Safety-Care sessions; provide hands-on coaching, shadowing, and clinical modeling for BTs and RBTs; support treatment fidelity, staff competency, and ABA best practices; provide session coverage and real-time performance feedback as needed; track training attendance and documentation in CentralReach; travel throughout the region to support home and community-based services.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred
- 3–4 years of ABA experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and mentorship skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record required
