Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in , FL, managing administrative and clinical staff while driving site-specific growth initiatives and community partnerships. Direct reception, medical assistants, and nurses to ensure seamless patient flow, optimize scheduling, and maintain a positive team culture. Lead revenue cycle management, budget monitoring, and KPI reporting to support continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and clinical standards while overseeing supply chain, vendor relations, and emergency preparedness plans. Serve as the primary liaison for IT and security needs across the site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- Proven experience as a practice manager or in a similar healthcare management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- A patient-first mindset with strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and electronic health records systems
- Ability to engage and motivate teams in a mission and results-focused work environment
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred)
- Pediatric experience a plus
- CPR certification (preferred)
