Job Summary
Clinical Site Manager, Physical Rehabilitation Services responsible for operational management and clinical oversight across assigned clinics, dedicating 60% of time to direct patient care as a Physical Rehabilitation Services clinician. Leads staff, ensures trainings, manages day-to-day clinic operations, tracks productivity and finances, ensures documentation and regulatory compliance, collaborates with senior management on strategic plans, participates in clinical governance and continuous improvement, and travels between sites. Requires a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or Acupuncture, active California licensure, BLS/CPR (and other advanced life support certifications), 3 years of healthcare leadership, 2 years supervising in clinical settings, strong interpersonal skills, and valid driver’s license for site travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or Acupuncture required
- Current California state clinical licensure as Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, or Acupuncturist
- Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, or Advance Resuscitation Training
- Possession of First Aid/CPR certificate issued by an authorized agency
- 3 years leadership experience in Healthcare
- 2 years experience leading or supervising in Clinical setting required
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal interactions with clients and co-workers as a member of a multi-disciplinary community health team with a diverse multi-cultural population
- Traveling between sites and other locations is required as an essential function of the job
- Must have a car, a valid California driver’s license, and proof of minimum levels of car insurance as required under California law, although limits of $100,000 are recommended
- An acceptable driving record is also required
- California law requires all drivers to obtain a valid California driver’s license within ten days of establishing residency
- Mileage and other reimbursement governed by policy
