Job Summary
Implement policies and clinical management procedures while supervising clinical activities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage the clinical staff, coordinate services for adults with Serious Mental Illness, and oversee delivery of appropriate clinical services. Provide direct administrative and clinical supervision for Clinical Coordinators and Liaisons, conducting staff meetings to outline goals and review problem areas. Mentor clinicians in assessment and treatment planning, utilizing data to drive training and performance improvement. Communicate operational barriers to management and resolve site-level issues while fostering a recovery philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW or LPC
- AZ LPC or LCSW
- SMI Experience
- Arizona Independent License Required: LPC or LCSW
- 1 year of experience in a leadership position
- 3 to 5 years' experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- BLS Required
- Must possess a Master's degree in a related discipline, i.e. MA, MC, MSW
- Must have valid Arizona driver's license
- 21 years of age
- minimum 4 years driving experience
- Must meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role
- Must pass a TB Test
- Must pass a Drug Screen
- Must pass a Background Check
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical Coordinator Experience
- Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen
- Experience working with diverse populations including SMI
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
