Job Summary
ICON Clinical Site Manager I / CRA II role based in China (Beijing or Shanghai): responsible for site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits; ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety; collaborate with investigators and site staff; perform data review and resolution of queries; contribute to study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports; requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific/healthcare field and at least 2 years of CRA experience; travel approximately 60% to sites; travel to support clinical trials and data management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
