Job Summary
Manage a well-established patient panel in an intimate, collaborative office setting while delivering safe, high-quality, compassionate, and personalized primary care. Lead a team of providers and staff to build lasting relationships with patients, supported by resources from an award-winning, independent health system. Utilize advanced tools including Epic with Dragon, ambient AI note writing, and patient self-scheduling to maintain efficiency. Enjoy a flexible schedule of 40 paid hours per week with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only, and an established call rotation averaging three weeks per year. Precept medical students and residents through ample academic opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family / Internal Medicine
- A minimum of two years of experience in primary care
