Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor will oversee administrative functions for an assigned shift at the Crisis - Bridge Center For Hope in Baton Rouge, coordinating discharge planning and treatment processes, supervising staff, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining documentation. The role emphasizes leadership, guest advocacy, risk management, and collaboration with families, case managers, and community programs. Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology/Social Work or related field, licensure in a behavioral health field (license in good standing required; independent licensure preferred), state designation, and a minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with evening/night shifts (Thu-Sat and alternating Wed 7:00 PM-7:30 AM) at a Louisiana facility, offering a salary of $28.00-$32.00/hour with a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required
- Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred
- State designation as required per state regulations
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required
- Ability to perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Excellent documentation skills
- Must be able to pass de-escalation training
- Must meet driving policy requirements or sign Non-Driver Attestation if driving not required
- Must be at least 18 years old (or higher per state funder regulations)
- Travel required based on business need
- Pass comprehensive credentialing process

- Team leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to behavioral health
