Job Summary
Clinical Services Supervisor (RN) oversees back office clinical competency, performs licensed nursing duties within RN scope, and coordinates with the Health Center Manager to manage clinic productivity and maintain high patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include patient population management, triage using standard protocols, patient care coordination, education directed by care plans, supervision of back-office staff (MAs) under licensed practitioners, maintaining medical and laboratory equipment, documenting in medical records, participating in team huddles and quality improvement activities, ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Meaningful Use, HEDIS, UDS), and supporting a fast-paced clinic with flexible scheduling and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current RN license issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR (BLS-C) card or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
- Experience with EHR and clinical supervision experience preferred
- Driver's license in good standing (CA)
