Job Summary
Oversee assigned clinical team members and ensure program implementation and regulatory compliance. Support clinicians by managing a limited caseload of residents' care, addressing psychosocial needs, and facilitating individualized goals through group therapies and social activities. Serve as the clinical leader during the Director's absence and participate in the scheduled on-call rotation. Model trauma-informed care principles to engage residents in a welcoming, empathetic manner. Requires substantial experience supervising staff in mental health settings, a Master's in social work with state licensure, and the ability to maintain required compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial experience in working with individuals with a serious mental illness in either a hospital or community setting
- successfully supervising employees within that environment
- Master's degree in social work
- equivalent education program
- appropriate state licensure
- Ability to maintain compliance training as required by regulatory agencies
