Job Summary
Lead the established clinical team in Oxford and support service delivery across Reading and Chesham by shaping clinical standards, enhancing client experience, and driving continuous improvement. Develop high-performing teams through people management and hands-on clinical leadership while ensuring adherence to clinical governance, quality, and patient safety protocols. Engage effectively with stakeholders to influence operational collaboration and strategic service improvements within this mature, values-driven healthcare organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration
- Previous people management and clinical leadership experience
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety
- Experience leading and developing healthcare teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham
- Experience in Women's Health, Gynaecology or Reproductive Healthcare
- Experience leading teams across multiple sites
- Track record of driving service improvements
- Right to work in the UK from day one of employment
