Job Summary
Clinical Services Manager at YWCA Evanston/North Shore leads and coordinates trauma-informed clinical services for survivors of domestic violence, overseeing counseling, case management, and outreach activities. The role includes program development, staff supervision, community collaboration, training delivery (including 40-hour DV training), and ensuring quality improvement, reporting, and compliance across services. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field, plus supervisory experience and licensure in a DV-related credential (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) with strong communication, coordination, and trauma-informed practice skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
- At least 2 years of experience counseling children, youth, adults, and families on issues related to domestic/intimate partner/family violence
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, including clinical supervision
- Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Experience in submitting reporting documentation and completing intake paperwork
- Licenses/Certificates: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT
- Successful completion of the Illinois 40-Hour Domestic Violence within the first three months of employment
- Acquisition of the Certified Domestic Violence Professional credential within 12 months of employment
- First Aid/CPR within 6 months of employment
- Technology/Equipment: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
