Job Summary
Greet patients upon entry, identify needs, and drive sales to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals while resolving customer issues. Provide supervision and direction to Doctor Technicians regarding diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, digital refraction, and contact lens care, ensuring all training guidelines and clinical standards are executed. Coach staff on contact lens insertion and removal, oversee diagnostic lens inventory, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Act as Manager on Duty to support store operational and sales objectives. Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role
- An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements
- Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools
Desired Qualifications
- Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required
