Job Summary
Greet patients upon entry, identify their needs, and drive sales to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals while resolving customer issues through proper troubleshooting. Provide supervision and direction to Doctor Technicians regarding diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, digital refraction, and contact lens care, ensuring all training guidelines and clinical standards from Physicians Eyecare Group are executed. Coach staff on contact lens insertion and removal, maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant patient records, and oversee diagnostic lens inventory. Act as Manager on Duty to support overall store operational and sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role
- An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements
- Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools
Desired Qualifications
- Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required
