Job Summary
Conduct daily store supervision and act as Manager on Duty to meet operational and sales goals. Greet patients, identify needs, and drive revenue while resolving issues through team troubleshooting and training. Provide direct guidance to Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, digital refraction, and contact lens care protocols. Ensure strict adherence to clinical standards, HIPAA compliance, and brand housekeeping. Coach staff on contact lens insertion and removal, manage diagnostic lens inventory, and maintain accurate patient records. Requires 1+ year retail or clinical leadership experience; full-time on-site role with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role
- An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements
- Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools
Desired Qualifications
- Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required
