Job Summary
Greet patients upon entry, identify needs, and drive sales to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets while resolving customer issues. Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode, digital refraction, and contact lens care, ensuring strict adherence to Physicians Eyecare Group protocols and HIPAA compliance. Coach staff on lens insertion and removal, maintain accurate patient records, and oversee diagnostic lens inventory. Act as Manager on Duty to support store operational and sales goals. Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping duties.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role
- An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements
- Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools
Desired Qualifications
- Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required
