Job Summary
Supervise the Nurse Supervisor, RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Sonographers, and Health Assistants while overseeing clinic flow, telephonic triage, and pandemic case management operations. Plan, organize, and direct nursing unit administration based on established goals, policies, and procedures. Provide coverage for the clinic and telephonic triage teams based on staffing and daily workload needs, including scheduling and time-off coordination. Assist with orienting residents, students, and new staff to verify competency. Manage outcomes and compliance in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, Associate Director of Nursing, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. This full-time role includes 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with hours varying based on clinic needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska, or license eligibility
- Associate of Science in Nursing degree (ASN) from an accredited school
- Two to three years of related work experience
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency in both English, depending on location
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Prior leadership experience preferred

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN)
