Job Summary
Clinical Services Manager responsible for supervising store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department, acting as Manager on Duty, driving revenue while delivering exceptional customer/patient care, supervising Doctor Technicians in diagnostics and lens care, ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient records, and enforcing clinical and training standards; requires retail management experience or clinical leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with basic office tools; on-site store location in Greenville, SC.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to mentor and train others
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements
- Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools
- Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required
