Clinical Services Manager

Job Summary
Supervise, mentor, and develop licensed therapists and clinical interns while maintaining a reduced therapy caseload for assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions. Monitor documentation quality, conduct clinical audits, and ensure compliance with agency standards, CARF requirements, and payer expectations. Partner with operational leaders to improve clinical workflows, lead quality improvement initiatives, and participate in rotating after-hours clinical consultation. Complete treatment planning and provide consultation on complex clinical cases to support families. This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, and a limited therapy caseload within a collaborative, mission-driven behavioral health organization serving Southwest Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active Ohio LISW or LPCC independent licensure
- Minimum 3 years of post-independent licensure clinical experience
- Experience providing therapy to children and families
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- frequent movement throughout our treatment environment
- the ability to safely respond to behavioral crises involving young children
Desired Qualifications
- LISW-S or LPCC-S designation
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience training interns or clinicians
- CARF or quality improvement experience
- Experience within PHP, IOP, or intensive outpatient behavioral health
