Job Summary
Clinical Services Manager responsible for field-based clinical training of healthcare providers and patient education to advance insulin pump therapy adoption. Develop clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes teams in hospitals, clinics, and private practices; deliver hands-on training on Insulet’s Omnipod system; customize patient education to fit varying levels of device familiarity; oversee CPTs and progress CPT training, maintain training metrics in Salesforce, and drive alignment of training with clinical treatment plans. Role combines clinical expertise with relationship-building to influence patient outcomes and support territory sales goals. Must reside within the geographic area; regular car travel within a defined territory and occasional overnight travel required. Requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, plus ability to convey device features, functionality, and best practices for optimal patient results.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (minimum)
- 2+ years of related clinical experience
- Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications (e.g., Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Nurse (RN), PharmD, or other clinical credentials/certifications)
- State licensure as required per state
- Valid driver's license
