Job Summary
Clinical Services Manager to promote insulin pump therapy and Omnipod adoption, educate providers and patients, and coordinate with Territory Managers, Customer Care, and Inside Sales to meet commercial and clinical goals in Queensland. Responsibilities include conducting group and individual sessions, delivering clinical education, training endocrinologists, NPs, and CPTs, supporting events and clinics, generating referrals and patient onboarding through private and subscription pathways, recording activities in Salesforce, and providing field feedback to sales leadership. Requires valid driver’s license, travel within Queensland, and residence in Brisbane region.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional credentials and/or certifications: CDE, APD or RN (License/Certification)
- Minimum 2 years industry/commercial experience in diabetes care or medical devices
- Proficiency with computers; strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, travel within Queensland, Valid driver’s license
